The Civilian Blasters are used by all on-duty SPD Officers. They fire a high-power laser beam
to knock down any opponent. When an SPD Ranger morphs, the Civilian Blaster powers are transfered to the Patrol Batons and
Patrol Grips.
This is Delta Runner 5, the Pink Delta Runner. It has a panel on it's top that pops up and delivers a
verdict. It hooks on to the claws of Delta Runner 1 to form the Left Arm of the Delta Squad Megazord. It is controlled
by Sydney, the Pink Ranger.
