Jack Manners
Jack started out as a small-time thief, playing Robin Hood to feed and clothe those less fortunate to him.
His partner, Z Delgado, wanted to move to something bigger. When they were arrested by SPD, Commander Cruger made the 2 an
offer: they could serve their time in jail, or become a Power Ranger. Z accepted right away. Jack turned it down. After saving
Boom from a fire, he told Jack that everyone makes a difference, even RIC. He went to talk to Cammander Cruger and saw that
Elizabeth was in trouble. He got an SPD Morpher and became the Red Ranger. He has a very useful power of being able to de-moleculorize
and pass through solid objects to dodge opponents.
The Delta Blasters are a set of weapons used only by Jack, the Red Ranger. They fire out lasers
from both guns to provide an extra boost of power. Chances are Bridge and Boom will give them an extra boost of power.
The Delta Blaster Combo is the result of combining both single Delta Blasters. It combines
both guns' power and sends out a super-celled yellow energy ball strong enoough to take out an army of Krybots or a single
monster.
This is Delta Runner 1, and it is by far the strongest SPD Zord. It has claws used to form
the Delta Squad Megazord and can fire powerful lasers from it's cannons. The Red Delta Runner is controlled by Jack, the Red
Ranger and forms the Torso and Head for the Delta Squad Megazord.
