The Civilian Blasters are used by all on-duty SPD Officers. They fire a high-power laser beam
to knock down any opponent. When an SPD Ranger morphs, the Civilian Blaster powers are transfered to the Patrol Batons and
Patrol Grips.
This is Delta Runner 2. It is the second most powerful SPD Zord. It can fire powerful lasers from it's wings.
It uses it's own natural power to transform into the Left Leg of the Delta Squad Megazord. It is controlled by Sky, the Blue
Ranger.
