Bridge Carson
The Civilian Blasters are used by all on-duty SPD Officers. They fire a high-power laser beam
to knock down any opponent. When an SPD Ranger morphs, the Civilian Blaster powers are transfered to the Patrol Batons and
Patrol Grips.
This is Delta Runner 3, the Green Delta Zord. It uses it's own natural power to transform into the Right
Leg of the Delta Squad Megazord. When it is combined with the other zords, it stores the Delta Blaster and Delta Saber.
