"Z" Delgado
The Civilian Blasters are used by all on-duty SPD Officers. They fire a high-power laser beam
to knock down any opponent. When an SPD Ranger morphs, the Civilian Blaster powers are transfered to the Patrol Batons and
Patrol Grips.
This is Delta Runner 4, the Yellow Delta Runner. It can fly! It hooks on to the claws of Delta Runner 1
to form the Right Arm of the Delta Squad Megazord. It holds all weapons when in combat. It is controlled by Elizabeth, the
Yellow Ranger.
